Our vision

Floating wind power is a major lever for energy independence and environmental protection.

Eolink is developing an integrated turbine-float solution for floating wind turbines that can be industrialised on a large scale as part of the French and European industrial revival.

Our position at the tip of Brittany makes us ideally placed to serve the Atlantic arc.

Management team

Marc Guyot

Founder & CEO

Marc founded Eolink in 2015. He is one of the pioneers of floating wind energy in France, with a patent filed as early as 2013. Marc built and commissioned the 1st grid-connected floating wind turbine in France in 2018.

Alain Morry

Chief Commercial Officer

Alain has over 20 years’ experience in the international power generation sector. He has been involved in the development, construction and operation of major power generation projects at Engie. Alain joined Eolink in 2021 and is responsible for Eolink’s strategy and business development.

Vincent Perrot

Chief Financial Officer

Vincent brings over 15 years’ experience in international finance roles in the energy sector. At Engie, he successfully financed large-scale projects in innovative contexts. Before joining Eolink in 2023, he co-managed an incubator for impact businesses in eastern France.

Isabelle Harrouet

Contract manager

Isabelle has over 20 years’ experience in contract management in the energy, construction and shipbuilding sectors, notably with Naval Group. Before joining Eolink in 2023, Isabelle also managed a construction company with 15 employees.

Martin Mellet

Operations Team Lead

Martin has 25 years’ experience in the offshore industry, notably as a naval architect, engineering manager and operations manager for Technip Energies on major projects around the world (FPSO, FLNG, etc). He also worked for the French Polar Institute for 12 years. Martin joined Eolink in 2023 and is in charge of operations.

Rudy Vanholme

Engineering Team Lead

After several years in the automotive industry in research, development and innovation, as well as in sales roles, Rudy made the switch to offshore wind power after a Masters specialising in Marine Renewable Energies at ENSTA Bretagne. Having joined Eolink in 2022, he heads up the engineering team.

Clotilde Nové-Josserand

Project Manager

Clotilde began her career designing nuclear power plants for EDF. After gaining a doctorate in hydrodynamics at Paris Diderot University , she carried out post-doctoral research on the effect of current wind-generated waves at the Ecole Polytechnique. She has been with Eolink since 2020, where she is responsible for R&D.

Erwann Nicolas

Project Manager

Erwann brings over 20 years’ experience in industry, including 14 years at PSA. He was in charge of mechanical studies and then the innovation programme and its financing at Sabella. Erwann joined Eolink in 2023 and coordinates the interfaces with the various stakeholders involved in the projects currently under construction.
